Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ - Let’s Get Started!

Thank you for engaging with FortneyScott to conduct a privileged legal check by experienced attorneys to assess whether your company complies with its Federal contractor obligations that are enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The first step is completing FortneyScott’s Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ questionnaire. We anticipate that the questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The link will remain active until you complete the questionnaire, so you are able to work on it over a period of time and it will save your responses as you go. Once you hit complete, however, you will no longer be able to access the link or edit your responses.

Here are a few points to consider when answering the questions:

• If you do not know the value of your federal contacts, in response to the first question, we will assume that your company has contracts in excess of $150,000 and, therefore, is subject to all of the requirements of EO 11246, Section 503, and VEVRAA.
  
• Most questions include a hyperlink to the regulatory requirements if you need further information.
  
• If you are not sure of a question, respond to the question as if you are not in compliance with that item.  This will avoid false compliance responses and each of your responses will be reviewed in more detail during the legal consultation that follows.

Once you complete the questionnaire, you will be prompted to schedule your one-on-one attorney consultation to review the written report assessing your company’s compliance.  If applicable, the attorney and resulting report will identify areas in which additional work is recommended to achieve compliance.  During this consultation, you and the FortneyScott attorney can discuss next steps, including determining whether you want to secure additional legal advice and professional services by FortneyScott.
